Spanish Book Club

We’re so proud of this initiative as we’re sure of the huge benefits of reading in learning a second language.

This monthly encounter takes place at the brilliant Glasgow Zine Library on the 2nd Monday of every month. We take 1 hour and 20 minutes to talk about the book we read during the month, to discuss our favourite and least favourite characters, the most shocking moments, the memories and emotions it produced in us.

This is a safe space chat freely about literature and storytelling. In doing so, we’re constantly learning new expressions and words, as well as discovering new places through the authors’ writing.

This is a different way to learn, mixing individual and social dimensions and building community through a common interest.

Every session is a good time, we laugh, share and learn loads from the book and from the other members of the group. There are no marks, no obligation, just good vibes.
